Chris Petty
Chris has had a varied career, from ecology to punk rock, eventually settling into graphic design. An interest in Flash and interactivity led to Chris co-founding BlueskyNorth in 2003 with the aim of exploring the opportunities Flash offered beyond the web browser. BlueskyNorth have been involved with Flash for Mobile since its infancy and have worked with major clients on both sides of the Atlantic, building a reputation for highly original games and innovative applications. BlueskyNorth is now part of the Smashing Ideas group and Chris is currently working with a range of Operators and Manufacturers with the aim of bringing Flash content to new mobile audiences
Paul Lamonby
Paul has worked as a Multimedia Designer for the past 9 years, specializing in Flash to create dynamic web and multimedia content. Paul has also lectured at Newcastle College of Art and Design for 2 years, teaching Flash Actionscript and Flash design principles to the 2nd year Multimedia course.
As joint founder and Technical Director of BlueskyNorth Ltd, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, Paul has moved his expertise into developing Flash Lite content for the new and exciting mobile and devices sector.
Paul is a member of the Adobe Community Expert - Mobile and Devices group, an Adobe Certified Instructor and Adobe Certified Professional in Flash Lite 1.1.
