Jon Burgerman
Jon Burgerman draws paints, clicks and sleeps. He is known for his unique and colourful artwork in a variety of media that includes drawing, painting, print, animation, street-art and toy design. There is a sense of self-deprecation, humour and anxiety in his work. These themes, along with his passion for lunch and time wasting, often tie his incessant doodling together, merging both commercial and personal projects into one body of work.
Burgerman's artwork has been widely exhibited and published. He received a D&AD Silver award nomination for his work for Levis and has worked on projects for many high profile organisations, some of which include: The Science Museum (UK), The BBC (UK), SONY (Worldwide), KidRobot (Worldwide), MTV (Worldwide), Pepsi (USA), Coca-Cola (Worldwide), 55DSL (UK), Gortex (Europe), NookArt (Worldwide), Snickers (UK), Rip Curl (Worldwide) and Symbian (Worldwide). He also designed a special sick bag for Virgin Atlantic flights.
