Flex 3 enables designers and developers to efficiently work together in the creation of more engaging online experiences. The combination of Flex 3 and the Adobe Creative Suite 3 provides smooth, consistent workflows enabling developers to maximize creative investments while preserving the creative freedoms for designers in the development of rich applications.

Flex 3 empowers Creative Suite 3 users to participate much more directly in the design and customization of Flex applications. Leveraging SWF and MXML as an underlying format, designers and developers can easily work together using the tools that they know and love to create the next generation of Internet experiences. Flash developers can create custom components using the world's leading interactive design tool, and Flex Builder users can easily import graphical assets created in CS3 for use in skinning Flex components. Finally, the Flex Builder design view provides a visual, high-fidelity preview of the working Flex application, allowing designers to continue refining their designs even as developers add structure and functionality in MXML and ActionScript.
